The Saggers Red Book - Preface
The Red Book

Not many people know a great deal about their own past, what happened and why, so I thought I ought to put down what I know before it gets lost, and so save someone's time and effort in starting all over again. It has taken me nearly five years to put this account together. There are some gaps and I am quite sure that there are some inaccuracies because much has been written from memory, mine and other peoples'. I hope someone will bring it up to date from time to time.
